1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Crescendo Namibia website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Products and services
Crescendo Namibia offers musical instruments, accessories, music lessons, repair services, and venue hire. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) and include VAT where applicable. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase or service.
4. Orders and delivery
Orders can be placed online via WhatsApp or in-store. Delivery is available within Windhoek. Delivery fees apply and will be communicated at checkout. Pickup from our store is free of charge.
5. Returns and refunds
Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Custom orders, clearance items, and services are non-refundable.
6. Music lessons
Lesson fees are payable monthly in advance. Missed lessons without 24-hour notice will be charged. Students are responsible for their own instruments and materials. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to teacher availability.
7. Repair services
Repair estimates are provided free of charge. Work begins only after customer approval. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not reported. Warranty on repairs is 90 days for parts and labor.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Crescendo Namibia and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
Crescendo Namibia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
10. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
